Comprehensive Interior Design.

From initial project planning to final installation, Philip provides a broad range of services throughout the course of a large-scale renovation or ground-up build. By prioritizing effective client communication, Philip ensures that each client’s new environment reflects their design ethos and lifestyle.

First, Philip works with the client to establish project goals. He then liaises with architects and contractors to address exterior design, interior space planning and engineering considerations. This keeps the project moving efficiently while reinforcing the client’s aesthetic preferences.

The next phase in comprehensive interior design is selecting focal design elements.  Philip selects fundamental material specifications such as tile, flooring, countertops, appliances, and other unique design elements intrinsic to the overall project design.

The final and most exciting part of comprehensive interior design is the final installation.  At this stage, construction is complete and furniture that had been designed and selected specifically for the project is installed.  Accessories, art and personal items are also expertly curated and displayed, elevating the client’s vision and tying the whole project together.

Phase-Based Consultation.

Through phase-based consultation, Philip provides professional design services for individual elements of a multi-faceted project. These consultations can be helpful during all aspects of a project, from space planning to selecting material, paint, finishes and furniture.

Phase-based consultations can assist projects in the early planning stages by establishing initial design ethos. These types of consultations also bring great value to ongoing projects by reinforcing initial design ethos and aesthetic goals, or modifying them as a design plan evolves.
